SHEFIT is one of the Inc. top 100 fastest-growing privately held companies. They needed to quickly optimize the user experience of their website heading into the holiday season. They had 60+ scripts on their website and a very disjointed checkout process with slow site speeds.

The Solution

We completed a comprehensive UX audit of their website and introduced lazy load, compressed imagery on the website, and removed extra scripts. We also provided wireframes to update the homepage, PDP and PLP.
