Created a cohesive campaign strategy including flow automations and segmentation to grow customer loyalty based on interests and behavioral data.

The Problem

Red Apple is the leading brand in selling online fireworks but struggled to convert purchasers with their existing email strategy.

 

The Solution

We built a flow automations strategy that continues to properly nurture and communicate with the database to grow a loyal customer base. We also utilized segmentation to cater to the database based on interests/behavioral data and added Red Apple branding throughout all email comms.
