Pink Stork

Optimized user experience through site enhancements to drive a higher conversion rate.

The Problem

Pink Stork needed to optimize the 80K monthly sessions that visited their website without undergoing a complete redesign. Conversion rate was 2.15% when Pink Stork engaged with Fireside in February 2021. In addition, their Google Analytics was not accurately reporting clean data.

The Solution

To optimize the user experience, we identified quick wins throughout the funnel, created a more prominent search bar, optimized product findability on the collection page through sort/filter enhancements and optimized cross-sell recommendations through placement on the PDP. We partnered with Elevar to successfully clean up Google Analytics reporting to ensure accuracy of all data including event tracking, on-site search metrics, all micro-conversions, and subscription purchases.
