A force in the haircare industry, Intelligent Nutrients needed to improve their efficiency and effectiveness online and the customers and market continued to move in that direction. Although they had a loyal and strong following, their ability to capture new audiences and communicate with their existing fanbase was challenged with their existing tech stack.
To ensure the effectiveness of an improved CRM and marketing automations, we worked with Intelligent Nutrients on their new Shopify site and Klaviyo implementation, allowing for full use of platform features.
To improve and grow the size of their addressable audience, we implemented a custom audience capture solution incentivized by custom content, early access to product and first purchase discounts.
